I cannot stress this enough. I never ever ever skip breakfast. Eating breakfast after you have woken up, kick-starts your metabolism and sets up your energy levels for the rest of your day. Food is fuel for your body, so breakfast is like filling up your car with petrol before a drive. Also, if you don’t fill it with the right stuff, you’ll find yourself feeling sluggish, unmotivated, tired and easily stressed. If you don’t fill it up at all, you will be running on empty! This often leads to overeating at lunchtime and a massive delay in waking up your metabolism- your poor tummy will struggle to digest your big lunch!
So the biggest and easiest step to leading a healthy lifestyle- EAT BREAKFAST 🙂
